Maddie - Childcare Director
Maddie brings over 10 years of experience as a nanny and preschool teacher, along with a psychology degree from Texas A&M. She leads Our Little Guests with a calm, organized, and thoughtful approach, ensuring every childcare space is safe, engaging, and seamlessly run so parents and planners can feel fully at ease.

Rose - Lead Sitter
Rose is a pediatric speech language pathologist and autism specialist who has been working with children since she was 14. She brings a calm and encouraging presence, helping kids feel comfortable, confident, and excited to engage and connect.

Jillian - Lead Sitter
Jillian has worked with children since 2014 as a nanny, tutor, social worker, and now a school psychologist. She loves watching what kids dream up and how they explore the world with curiosity, creativity, and a lot of silliness - making every event feel engaging and fun for the children in her care.

Nancy has over three years of childcare experience and currently works at the Life Time Kids Club, caring for children from 3 months to 11 years old. She loves the energy and creativity kids bring and enjoys making each event feel fun and engaging for the children in her care.

Nichole has a strong background in child development, having served as both a lead teacher and childcare assistant director. She pairs her leadership and organization with a fun, goofy energy that keeps kids engaged and excited throughout the event.

Davi is a trauma nurse in Colorado Springs with years of experience caring for children through babysitting, church volunteering, and medical settings. She brings a calm, capable presence and genuinely enjoys connecting with kids, making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to have fun.
