Maddie - Childcare Director
Maddie brings over 10 years of experience as a nanny and preschool teacher, along with a psychology degree from Texas A&M. She leads Our Little Guests with a calm, organized, and thoughtful approach, ensuring every childcare space is safe, engaging, and seamlessly run so parents and planners can feel fully at ease.

Nancy - Lead Sitter
Nancy has over three years of childcare experience and currently works at the Life Time Kids Club, caring for children from 3 months to 11 years old. She loves the energy and creativity kids bring and enjoys making each event feel fun and engaging for the children in her care.

Tina - Lead Sitter
Tina has over 11 years of experience working with children through teaching, tutoring, nannying, and babysitting. She has taught elementary students in Korea and Hawaii and currently runs a Pre-K preparedness program while tutoring local families. She is passionate about helping children grow and reach their full potential!

Nichole - Lead Sitter
Nichole has worked in Early Childhood Education for 16 years and brings a deep love for both children and learning. She is happily married and a proud autism parent, blending professional experience with personal insight to thoughtfully support each child’s unique journey.

Kimberly - Lead Sitter
Kimberly has years of experience working with children as both a nanny and children’s musical theater instructor. She loves creating a positive and encouraging environment where kids can be themselves, build confidence, and have fun. She especially enjoys bringing creativity and imagination into the time she spends with children.

Rose - Lead Sitter
Rose is a pediatric speech language pathologist and autism specialist who has been working with children since she was 14. She brings a calm and encouraging presence, helping kids feel comfortable, confident, and excited to engage and connect.

Savannah - Sitter
Savannah has over six years of childcare experience, including working in preschool classrooms, as a nanny, and as a behavioral therapist supporting children on the autism spectrum. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where ever child feels supported.

Malia - Sitter
Malia is currently studying psychology with plans to become a school counselor. She is passionate about helping children and making a positive difference in their lives. Her warm personality and sense of humor make it easy for her to connect with kids of all ages.

Davi - Sitter
Davi is a trauma nurse in Colorado Springs with years of experience caring for children through babysitting, church volunteering, and medical settings. She brings a calm, capable presence and genuinely enjoys connecting with kids, making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to have fun.

Sarah - Sitter
As a mom of three, Sarah understands firsthand how important it is to have care you can trust. She grew up babysitting and later worked in the kids’ section at Lifetime, creating fun and engaging environments for children. With her funny, energetic personality, she loves making kids feel comfortable, happy, and right at home.

Brandi - Sitter
Brandi is a passionate and dedicated childcare provider with experience through El Paso’s Head Start Program. She brings a positive, trustworthy, and genuine presence, creating safe and joyful experiences for every child in her care.

Reagan - Assistant Sitter
Reagan is a student at Pine Creek High School, where she plays volleyball and stays active in her community. She works in the kids’ section at Barre 3, caring for little ones while parents work out. Reagan brings a responsible, upbeat energy and loves creating a fun, safe space for every child.

Aurelia - Assistant Sitter
Aurelia is a senior at Air Academy High School who plans to attend the University of Hawaii to study dental hygiene. She has worked with children ages 6–14 as a developmental volleyball coach and loves helping kids learn and grow in a fun, supportive environment. She enjoys creating positive, engaging experiences for every child she works with.

Sarah - Assistant Sitter
Sarah is a senior at Colorado State University studying psychology with a minor in human development and family studies. She hopes to become a pediatric occupational therapist and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children.

Sienna - Assistant Sitter
Sienna loves traveling on mission trips with her parents, where she enjoys spending time with and serving the children she meets. She has been playing volleyball since 6th grade and currently plays both for her school and on a club team. Sienna brings a kind, positive energy and genuinely loves being around kids.
